MODE OF PAYMENT
- All payments must be made by Demand Draft & Cheque in favour of
"CRITICARE - 2009" payable at Agra .
CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
- Children below 8 years need not register.
- Registration is
compulsory for all irrespective of the type of participation (attending
the conference, workshop, presenting a paper, delivering a talk or
panel discussion).
- Registration fee for Delegate includes : Delegate Kit, admission to the scientific
sessions, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners
- P. G. Students must
furnish documentary evidence (certificate from the Head of the
Department or Head of the Institution) along with the registration form.
- The registration form may
be downloaded from the website www.criticare2009.org and mailed (duly
completed) along with the payment to the Conference Secretariat.
- Spot registrations are limited and cannot be assured of
complementaries.
- Delegates are requested to preserve the receipt and present it at the registration counter with ID proof.
- Delegate must assure
that his/her registration fee including complete form reach the
Conference Secretariat within the prescribed date.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Refund of registration fee will be made only against a written request submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
- No cancellations are allowed in the Pre-Conference Programmes.
- 20% will be deducted as processing charges for cancellation
upto 31st December 2008. Thereafter, a deduction of 50% will be
made.
- Organizing Committee reserves the rights for allotting any empty
seats in the Pre-Conference Programmes at the time of spot
registration.
- All refunds will be settled within 8 weeks after the conference.
