THE VENUE
In the city of Agra, conferences are lavish as Mughal Darbars. The
conference venue Hotel Jaypee Palace & International Convention
Centre is situated very near to the Tajmahal. The five star venue has
an International Convention Centre "Deewan-e-Khas" with
state-of-the-art presentation facilities and the extensive landscaping
lawns make it an ideal conference venue. The convention centre is
situated 9 km from the airport, 6 km. from the railway station and 7
km. from the city centre.

ACCESSIBILITY
AIR - 200 km. south of Delhi, Agra is connected by air from Delhi
airport. Delhi being a major international airport
closer to Agra, a lot of foreign delegates are expected to
arrive here. Flight schedule is unpredictable.
RAIL
Agra is well connected by rail to all major destinations in India. An
excellent connection from Delhi is Shatabdi Express (2
hours journey), which provides a fast, air
conditioned vestibule rail service.
ROAD
A convenient mode of travel to Agra is
by road, through a network of comfortable tourist buses and
private taxis. On request, the organizing committee can take care of
your travel requirements.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
Taxis are available at the airport and railway
station. For city prepaid transport, private taxis, three wheelers and
rickshaws are also available.
SHUTTLE SERVICES
Shuttle services between Conference Venue and
Hotels will be arranged by the organizers. The shuttles will stop at
the listed hotels. Delegates, staying at hotels, other than the
listed, will have to make their own transport arrangements.
CLIMATE
Agra has cold, but pleasant weather in
