Terms :
- The above hotel rates are indicative prices on per night basis, inclusive of morning breakfast and all applicable taxes.
breakfast will not be provided in case of "Budget"
Category hotels.
- Check In and Check Out time is 12.00 noon.
- The deadline for booking: 31st October 2008.
- Room reservation will be confirmed on "first come first serve basis".
- In case the accommodation is filled then travel agent reserves the right to transfer the booking in the hotel of same category.
- The reservation request must accompany a demand draft in favour of
"CRITICARE 2009" payable at Agra, to confirm the room.
- As Agra is a tourist attraction and February being the
peak tourist season, delegates should book accommodation as early as
possible to avoid inconvenience at a later
date.
- A.C. & Non A.C. taxies are available on request at discounted rates.
Cancellation Policy :
- Accommodation cancellation or
changes will be made only against a written request.
- For application received before or
on 30th November 2008, 100% refund would be made on the hotel
tariff, after deducting Rs 1000/- / US $35 as handling charges.
- For applications received from 1st -
31st December 2008, 50% refund would be made on the hotel tariff,
after deducting Rs 1000/- / US$35 as handling charges.
- No refunds application would be
entertained after 31st December 2008.
- All refunds would be settled one
month after the conference.
